This Craftsman Bungalow was built in 1900 by Mr. Cleburne and Mrs. Almeda Kinard. Mr. Kinard graduated from the University of Georgia in 1897 and served as the Justice of the Peace in Coweta County. The family also ran a dry goods store. The home was carefully renovated to maintain historical integrity while creating an open floor plan. The use of local materials and regional handcrafted work are typical of the Craftsman style. The home has heart pine floors, multi- layered trim work and a large front porch. To further update the home, the owners added a screen porch with an outdoor kitchen in 2013. At Christmas time the house is decorated with a collection of over two hundred Santas and at least five Christmas trees
